She married her high school sweetheart, Levy and together they lead the middle school youth ministry program at their church, Grace Gathering. Levy is currently in graduate school earning his master’s degree in Physiology.
Allison and Levy have three beautiful daughters. Their oldest is Emberleigh, who was born in December of 2016. Estelle and Elise were born in November of 2017 and March of 2020, respectively.
“I am so thankful to be working with the staff and providers at Fertility and Midwifery Care Center! I absolutely love my job! I look forward to continue meeting new patients, and helping existing patients on their OB and Fertility journey!”
Allyson grew up in the small town of Edgerton, Ohio with her two older siblings and moved to Fort Wayne in 2007 to attend college. She graduated in 2011 with Highest Distinction from Indiana University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in Accounting and a minor in Communication Studies. After college, she worked for Baden Gage & Schroeder, a local CPA firm, working for the audit team and had her first experience collaborating directly with the health care industry. Allyson and her husband, Braden, met in Fort Wayne and married in 2014. Even though she enjoyed her time at the firm, Allyson felt the need for a better work-life balance as they were expecting their first son, Braxxon, in 2016 and transitioned to a financial manager role at a Berkshire Hathaway-owned malpractice insurance company, MedPro Group. Their second son, Bryson, was born in 2019, unfortunately just a few weeks shy of the grand opening for the birth center! Even though the boys are complete opposite personalities, they’re best friends already. In their free time, they’re making memories with family and friends, visiting the zoo, watching Notre Dame football, or baking in the kitchen. Allyson also enjoys reading books but admits she hasn’t had much time for this lately.
2020 has been a year of discernment for Allyson to focus on what truly brings joy to her life, follow her passion, and use her skillset to serve the greater mission of FMCC and HFBC. She feels very blessed to be able to join the team.
“It’s amazing to see God’s will for our lives develop in unexpected ways when we follow his call, as unconventional as the path or decision may appear. What initially started out as a patient relationship has formed into a personal connection to the success of FMCC and HFBC so that others can feel the same compassion and renewed sense of hope that Braden and I felt from Dr. Stroud, his fellow providers, and all the staff while navigating our journey to parenthood back in 2015.”
“I'm very dedicated to my work and love helping patients. I feel blessed to work with so many people at the Fertility and Midwifery Care Center who share my passion for helping others.”
“I am truly blessed to work for a company that is so welcoming and passionate.”
“Working at FMCC has been such a great experience and a learning opportunity. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel a part of the team right away.”

The years 2019-2020 brought the blessing of Genevieve’s daughter, Frances, and her marriage engagement to, Ian Stroud. When she isn’t brainstorming new business ideas or wrangling her toddler, Genevieve enjoys calligraphy, reading about the saints, and drinking strong coffee.
During and after college, Genevieve has freelanced in social media and business development work several small businesses. She had a brief experience in the corporate world of Target, but quickly missed the environment of a small family business. She joined the FMCC management team in October of 2020, and is overjoyed with the opportunity. Her role focuses on communication, marketing, and business development.

The couple has an energetic labradoodle named Charlie, who gets spoiled with evening walks and lots of trips to the dog park. Julia spends most of her summer up at the lake with family and friends. In the winter, she enjoys being a volunteer coach for a high school gymnastics team.
We are so fortunate that God led Julia to join our team at FMCC!
After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University in 2014, Katie lived in Missouri and Ohio before finding her way back to her hometown of Fort Wayne. Now that she has settled down in Indiana, she loves her position as Surgery Coordinator at FMCC. She feels blessed to be a part of our mission at FMCC. Katie and her husband Colin were married in 2016, but they have known each other since they were 16 years old. Katie loves being outdoors and hiking with Colin and their two dogs. They are always looking for a new mountain to climb or landscapes to explore. In her free time, she also enjoys reading, writing, watching movies, and attending concerts and hopes to publish a novel one day.
Kim has had several different nursing positions, most recently as a Chemo infusion nurse in Fort Wayne. She has enjoyed each nursing experience and says that each has strengthened her in many ways. She loves helping others, and when God presented the opportunity for her to begin the Fertility Care Practitioner Intern program and be a part of the Fertility and Midwifery Care Center, she couldn’t ignore the call. She feels very blessed to be a part of such an amazing and kind family here at the FMCC. She is excited to empower others with information to use the Creighton Model for their specific needs. She believes the Creighton Model is an amazing tool for women to better understand and manage their reproductive health in a natural way.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys what she calls “the country life” with her partner Jim, their daughter Elizabeth and dog Leila. She loves traveling to warm, sunny beaches and spending time with her family and friends. She especially loves spending time with her niece and nephew. Lindsay feels honored to be a part of our patient’s journeys and the miracles they experience.
Lori and her husband love to go for walks and play Frisbee with their standard poodle. They have two married daughters who have blessed them with ten grandchildren!
Though her grandson may not believe her, she crossed skydiving off her bucket list before his mother was born! She has also taken several bike adventures; the best of which was a weeklong trip through Ontario, Canada.
After fifteen years of active military duty, Melanie and her husband moved to Fort Wayne to be closer to their family. They have three beautiful daughters and one grandson. We are so fortunate to have Melanie as part of our team.
In 2017, Nyaing earned her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science at Ivy Tech Community College. In her free time she has a passion for working with children and she teaches Sunday School at Abundant Life Asia Church. One of her favorite Bible verses is Joshua 1:9: "Have I not commended you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Nyaing is truly grateful for the opportunities she’s had, and we couldn’t be more proud to have such a wonderful young woman on the FMCC team.
Patience learned to chart with Creighton after she graduated from college and is excited to now be able share the knowledge of the Creighton Model with other women. She believes that this knowledge empowers women to better understand and manage their reproductive health.
She welcomed twin boys Dallas and Terrance into the world in 2013. Tasha then attended Woodbridge Everest University, earning a degree in Medical Assisting and Administration. She later joined the FMCC team as a Medical Assistant and loves being surrounded by like-minded people that want to offer the best possible care to our patients. Tasha is also the Founder and CEO of Young Mothers of America, a non-profit organization in Fort Wayne dedicated to helping teen mothers reach success. Tasha has a strong faith-based support system with her Husband, Terrall Davis, their children, and their church. Tasha and Terrall welcomed the fifth boy of the Davis household in 2019 with the help of FMCC after years of infertility struggles.
Since then, she has welcomed two more boys into their family: Matthew and Wyatt. “I was meant to be a boy mom!” is a phrase often heard from Stephanie. Her family of 5 enjoys exploring their community with frequent trips to the zoo, aquatics center and local parks. Christmas is her favorite time of the year, especially seeing the lights around town. Although family time is most important to her, a good book and a warm blanket are a close second.
Stephanie is so excited to teach Creighton at FMCC! Her first-hand experience and passion to share her knowledge will help change other women’s lives, no matter where they are in their journey.
