What does nutrition therapy have to offer you? As a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Courtney combines her traditional medical background with an integrative/functional regimen, “Realize, Rebalance, & Repair”, to get you feeling well again.

She approaches your health in a very individualized way…there is not just one certain diet that works for everyone! Many symptoms, issues, & chronic diseases are linked to inflammation. Courtney has the tools & knowledge to help you reduce this through a personalized low-inflammatory nutrition plan. Weight management, prenatal care, sports nutrition, adrenal/thyroid/autoimmune disorders, food allergies/sensitivities, IBS, fibromyalgia, migraines, PCOS, chronic fatigue syndrome, are just a few of the areas Courtney offers help with. Many inflammatory conditions are improved or resolved through LEAP-MRT food sensitivity testing and other gut-rebalancing steps Courtney uses as a Certified LEAP Therapist.

Courtney and her husband, Dameon, have a son, who was born in Oct 2012, and a daughter who was born in Sept 2018.  They enjoy being outdoors, running, triathlons, camping with family & friends, DIY projects, cooking from scratch, and anything creative! Courtney is sure to offer you many different personalized recipes & practical application skills to help make your healthier diet changes into lifelong habits.
