Administrative Team
Allyson grew up in the small town of Edgerton, Ohio with her two older siblings and moved to Fort Wayne in 2007 to attend college. She graduated in 2011 with Highest Distinction from Indiana University and received a Bachelorâs Degree in Business with a major in Accounting and a minor in Communication Studies. After college, she worked for Baden Gage & Schroeder, a local CPA firm, working for the audit team and had her first experience collaborating directly with the health care industry. Allyson and her husband, Braden, met in Fort Wayne and married in 2014. Even though she enjoyed her time at the firm, Allyson felt the need for a better work-life balance as they were expecting their first son, Braxxon, in 2016 and transitioned to a financial manager role at a Berkshire Hathaway-owned malpractice insurance company, MedPro Group. Their second son, Bryson, was born in 2019, unfortunately just a few weeks shy of the grand opening for the birth center! The Birks welcomed their third boy, Barrett, in 2021. In 2024, Ally excitedly welcomed their fourth boy, Banx, at Holy Family Birth Center. Even though the older boys are complete opposite personalities, they are devoted to their youngest sibling. In their free time, Ally and her family are making memories with family and friends, visiting the zoo, watching Notre Dame football, or baking in the kitchen. Allyson also enjoys reading books but admits she hasnât had much time for this lately.
2020 was a year of discernment for Allyson to focus on what truly brings joy to her life, follow her passion, and use her skillset to serve the greater mission of FMCC and HFBC. She feels very blessed to be part of the team.
âItâs amazing to see Godâs will for our lives develop in unexpected ways when we follow his call, as unconventional as the path or decision may appear. What initially started out as a patient relationship has formed into a personal connection to the success of FMCC and HFBC so that others can feel the same compassion and renewed sense of hope that Braden and I felt from Dr. Stroud, his fellow providers, and all the staff while navigating our journey to parenthood back in 2015.â
âI'm very dedicated to my work and love helping patients. I feel blessed to work with so many people at the Fertility and Midwifery Care Center who share my passion for helping others.â

In 2017, Nyaing earned her Associateâs Degree in Applied Science at Ivy Tech Community College. In her free time she has a passion for working with children and she teaches Sunday School at Abundant Life Asia Church. One of her favorite Bible verses is Joshua 1:9: "Have I not commended you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Nyaing is truly grateful for the opportunities sheâs had, and we couldnât be more proud to have such a wonderful young woman on the FMCC team.

We love having her at FMCC!
"I would like to take this opportunity and give gratitude to thank my parents for everything they have done to sacrifice for their own family happiness. My parents have done everything in their power to provide for us, care for us, and love us even when circumstances of life did not treat them well. Thank you so much, Mom and Dad. I also want to give thanks to my siblings for being my biggest supporters and believers. I love you guys to the moon and back. Nevertheless I would also like to thank everybody in my life who has supported me every step of the way in my journey for recognizing my passion in helping people in need and doing further more for them at any means necessary.
I would like to also give encouragement to the younger generation who are growing an interest in nursing or who aspire to be nurse for the greater goods to keep thriving. It might seem unbearable but the long run is worth it. When you are finally at your goal, you will be relieved to know that you never gave up and kept pushing on.
Finally, I'd like to express my gratitude to the FMCC family. You have been a blessing to me, and I know the patients feel the same way. I'd also like to thank my church family. You guys are fantastic. When I count my blessings, I make sure to include you two times. "Remember you're human, and you're doing the best you can, and you are enough," is my go to motivation."
âI am honored to be part of a team of caregivers who love God and people first. The way that FMCC prioritizes families is truly kingdom work.â
Creighton Instructors
She and her husband, Blake, met at her sister's wedding and have been married since 2007! After a few years of being married, and suffering the loss of their first two babies, they welcomed their oldest son, Judah in 2010. At that time, Lindsey started the journey of being a stay-at-home mom. God had a beautiful plan, beyond what she ever imagined, to entrust her and her husband with 5 more children! They welcomed William, Elsie, Violet, Memphis and Avila to the family between 2011-2021. She is eternally grateful for the gift of motherhood and the greatest blessing of being a stay-at-home mom.
In the spring of 2022, God opened a door (in a quite unexpected way - through doing a podcast with Dr. Stroud!) to allow Lindsey an opportunity to share her passion of women's health, specifically in regards to natural family planning, here at FMCC. And because God is so great, He paved the way to make it happen while still allowing her to essentially be a stay-at-home mom! Lindsey feels so honored to be just a small part of this team and truly humbled to walk alongside women and couples who are using CrMS for a multitude of reasons.
Since then, she has welcomed two more boys into their family: Matthew and Wyatt. âI was meant to be a boy mom!â is a phrase often heard from Stephanie. Her family of 5 enjoys exploring their community with frequent trips to the zoo, aquatics center, and local parks. Christmas is her favorite time of the year, especially seeing the lights around town. Although family time is most important to her, a good book and a warm blanket are a close second.
Stephanie is so excited to teach Creighton at FMCC! Her first-hand experience and passion to share her knowledge will help change other womenâs lives, no matter where they are in their journey.
Caroline is married to a humorous man named Scott who has been supportive through the work journey. They have been married over 20 years and are parents to Sophia and Will who have been raised in the Christian faith and Prolife movement for as long as they can remember. The family lives and works in and around Toledo, Ohio.
Caroline is also a part of And Then There Were None, a ministry founded by Abby Johnson to help abortion workers leave the clinics, find healing & life affirming employment. Through this ministry, Caroline mentors' other former abortion workers.

"I look forward to all that the Lord has for me through FMCC."
Emily graduated from Jackson College with an Associates in Diagnostic Medical Sonography in 2019. Prior to joining the FMCC staff, Emily worked for another OB/GYN office and then for a small community hospital doing general ultrasound. Before persuing a degree in ultrasound, she was a stay-at-home mom.
In her free time, Emily enjoys serving others, going to farmers markets, reading, taking art classes such as pottery and crocheting, and spending time with her family and friends.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys what she calls âthe country lifeâ with her partner (Jim) their daughter (Elizabeth) and dog (Leila). She loves traveling to warm, sunny beaches, and spending time with her family and friends. She especially loves spending time with her niece and nephew. Lindsay feels honored to be a part of our patientâs journeys and the miracles they experience.
