Understanding The Creighton Model FertilityCare System and NaProTECHNOLOGY
Many women are taught only a tiny amount of knowledge of the inner workings of their cycles and times of fertility and infertility. We believe every woman has the right to understand her body and how it works.
After 30 years of research, the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) and NaProTECHNOLOGY dispel the mystery of a woman’s cycle by empowering the couple to be in control of their fertility on a month-to-month basis.
The CrMS is a standardized observation technique that utilizes the charting of a woman’s biological markers to indicate when she is naturally fertile and infertile, allowing the couple to effectively use the model either to achieve or avoid pregnancy.
The bonus of using this method of natural family planning is that it is the basis for NaProTECHNOLOGY, a new women’s health science. Together, the Creighton Model FertilityCare System and NaProTECHNOLOGY help bring couples closer together by helping them understand fertility and strengthening marriages.

The Marquette Method
The Marquette Method uses two main indicators to determine fertility: cervical mucus observations and urinary hormone measurements. One or both signs are tracked based on user preference and then combined with a simple protocol to determine the fertile window. The Marquette Method has optional instructions for incorporating basal body temperature (BBT), urine luteinizing hormone (LH) tests, and urine progesterone tests to help be more precise in identifying fertility.
