I have lived in or near Fort Wayne the majority of my life. I graduated from University of Saint Francis with my bachelor’s degree in 2018. While at USF, I was a cheerleader for the Cougars, cheering both sideline games and on the competition squad. I continued my education at Huntington University where I received my Doctor of Occupational Therapy in 2021. In my previous experiences, I have provided therapy not only for the pelvic floor but also orthopedics, neuro, pediatrics, and acute care.
Immediately after completing my degrees, I knew I wanted to pursue specialized training in pelvic health, so I took numerous pelvic floor courses from Herman & Wallace Institute and various pelvic health experts. I am certified in pelvic floor dry needling and pregnancy and postpartum exercise. What began as an interest to identify and improve my own pelvic floor health issues has now developed into my passion to provide better care for pregnant and postpartum moms. I can treat pelvic health conditions for all ages though, including select pediatric cases.
I believe in a holistic approach to treating our patients. Therefore, my goal is to first identify areas of life that are impacted by dysfunction, and then provide treatment paired with education and lifestyle changes; as a result, we can help you restore your quality of life and return to meaningful work!
I am married to Lance, my husband, and am momma to our son, Crue. Our family also includes two pups, Maisie and Cash. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, playing with our son, spending time outdoors, coffee/thrifting/reading and Jesus!
